Job Overview:

The Ghost Energy Territory Sales Manager is responsible for delivering the volume, revenue, operating income, and share while developing distributor relationships within the assigned geographic area, specifically with Independent Distributors. In this role, you will manage our Ghost Energy Portfolio across a broad geographic area while building relationships with our strategic bottlers, internal teams, and distributors. The Territory Sales Manager will develop and execute the Ghost Energy Portfolio's regional sales and marketing strategies.

  • This position will be remote based supporting the regions in Florida Panhandle, Louisiana, and Alabama.  
  • Personal vehicle and auto insurance required; mileage reimbursement program for using your own vehicle to travel around the territory, as needed


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering the company’s KPIs, including volume, revenue, operating income, and share growth
  • Manage annual volume plan, build and maintain distributor relationships, and manage operating expenses, travel, and marketing budgets.
  • Develop business plans with the distributor leadership to capture territory growth by channel and retailer
  • Use syndicated data and financial acumen to sell new products to distributors by building regional programs and collaborating with the National and Regional Sales Teams.
  • Lead quarterly, semi-annual, and annual planning meetings, utilizing the Center of Excellence (e.g., providing quarterly distributor updates, semi-annual planning meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), joint Business Planning (JBPs), and brand planning meetings annually).
  • Collaborate across internal functions to innovate processes, co-create tools, and enhance and maintain bottler and distributor network high-functioning relationships

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $81,100 - $122,650 / year
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Beverage/DSD Distributor Management experience or CPG experience (3+ years)
  • Understanding of Bottler/Distributor business dynamics and work streams
  • Holds self and other accountable to meet commitments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time required
  • Experience with non-alcoholic beverage industry preferred
  • Ability to manage and analyze sales data; trade/business analytics
  • Ability to work in extremely fast-paced and evolving hyper-growth environment
  • Experience working successfully within the constraints of a growing business
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Syndicated Data
