Auditing Clerk - PART TIME ROLE - Tallahassee, FL

Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented professional to audit financial documents, perform accounting calculations, and assess company financial stability. This is a fully office-based role with no public interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit financial documents
• Perform accounting calculations and financial analysis
• Evaluate financial stability of companies
• Use Excel and other tools for data entry and reporting
• Maintain accurate records and reporting forms

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Must have finance/accounting experience in order to understand the auditing
• Previous auditing experience
• Ability to speak and understand English         
• High school diploma or GED        
• Experience auditing financial documents  
• Basic accounting skills   
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel    
• Experience performing calculations and entering information into a reporting form in Excel    
• Experience performing accounting calculations to determine financial stability of a company    

Preferred:

• Knowledge of GAAP preferred
