HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Coordinates and delivers governmental forms to patients.
- Assists with and arranges transportation for patients.
- Assists with other duties as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., certificate of high school equivalency).
Required Experience: Â 2 years; Working knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office
Required Certification/License/Registry: None.
