What You'll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Conduct community tours and showcase our exceptional apartment homes and amenities
• Assist with leasing activities and resident retention efforts
• Support daily administrative and operational functions
• Help maintain resident files and ensure accurate documentation
• Partner with the management team to create a welcoming and professional community atmosphere

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of apartment industry experience
• Strong customer service, sales, hospitality, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Weekend availability required
