HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Summary:

Maintain the facilities in a presentable state of repair and appearance; perform renovations and new construction in accordance with prints and applicable codes.

Hardware:

• Adjusts, repairs, replaces, or re-keys hardware as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Remodel/Renovate:

• Lays out job.
• Installs studs after demolition.
• Performs demolition/installation/finish work

Door Installation:

• Installs doors. 
• Routes hinge replacement.
• Squares in opening.
• Makes necessary adjustments.

Wall Decorations:

• Hangs bulletin boards, pictures, and objects on walls.
• Installs crash rails.

Floors:

• Replaces/installs carpet.
• Repairs/replaces/installs baseboard.
• Repairs/replaces VA tile.

Reports:

Exec Director/Facilities

Supervises:

None

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent; Preferred: Vocational/Technical School Degree

Required Experience:

• Minimum: Five (5) years of job-related experience

Required Certification/License/Registry:

• None
