ABOUT THIS CQPI PROJECT MANAGER JOB
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

As our CQPI Project Manager, you'll meet with project teams to define goals, track progress, and address challenges, then analyze dashboard data to identify opportunities for improvement and accelerate project success. You'll manage project plans, maintain risk and decision logs, conduct research, prepare executive reports, and collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer and Director of Clinical Quality and Performance Improvement to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with organizational objectives.

Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Project management, quality improvement, or related experience
- Ability to interpret data, identify risks, and develop solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Intermediate math skills
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
