Field Representative

We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented, Field Representative to join our team! If you are looking for a company where you are part of family, then Rite Rug is the place for you!  $45,000 to $50,000 a year, based on experience.   POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the complete inspection of flooring installations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Communicate with customers and project managers on a daily basis Inspect job site prior to installation to ensure everything is ready Inspect job site following installation to ensure proper and timely completion Determine best method of installation or repair, conduct measurements and instruct installers Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations Pick up and deliver materials as necessary Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Have earned a high school diploma or equivalent  Flooring Installation experience a plus!   Exhibit commitment to safety in all work practices. Be able to work independently and problem solve. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance. Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites. Must be a good communicator. Required to pass drug test and subject to random test Qualifications
