Maintenance Technician - Westcott Apartments

We're seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Westcott Apartments in Tallahassee, Florida. This role is perfect for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and ready to make a difference every day.

What You'll Do:

• Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
• Perform apartment turns and make-readies
• Assist with apartment punch work
• Complete general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction repairs
• Maintain the appearance of the grounds and common areas
• Assist with larger property improvement projects
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and team members

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
• Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Weekend availability required
• Flexibility to work occasional holidays as needed
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• HVAC certification preferred
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred
