JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Receptionist - Staff Assistant position in the General Tax Administration Program, Return and Revenue Processing Process in Building L. This is an administrative support role that requires the incumbent to answer and forward phone calls, greet visitors, issue identification badges, and make announcements. The incumbent also creates correspondence, compiles data to create reports, and performs as a back-up to the Administrative Assistant.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Six months of customer service experience, either in person or by phone.
  • Six months of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Six months of experience with document management (e.g. retrieving, arranging, and submitting documents).                                                  

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • The successful candidate will be required to work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

SALARY: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $2,896.67 monthly/$34,760.04 annually.
