Surgical Support Technician I - Surgery Full Time

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Provides general non-technical assistance to nursing staff members. Transport patients to and from surgery and checks patients’ medical records for required documentation. Performs cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) (when necessary). Transports blood (as necessary).

Reports: RN/Nurse Manager (JC: 031001) or RN/Assistant Nurse Manager (JC: 030303)

Supervises: None

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education: Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Experience: Minimum: No previous experience necessary.

Required Certification/License/Registry: Basic Life Support certification required.
