Responsibilities:

Perform professional facial treatments, skin care services, and waxing for a diverse clientele
Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans
Deliver exceptional guest experiences that encourage client retention and rebooking
Educate clients on skincare products and at-home maintenance routines
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment room in compliance with state regulations
Meet and exceed membership and retail sales goals
Collaborate with spa team members to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience

Requirements:

Valid Florida Esthetician License required
Experience performing facials, chemical peels, and waxing services
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to build lasting client relationships and drive membership enrollment
Comfortable recommending and selling retail skincare products
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
