Progressive Care Unit RN

We have an opening for a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse (PCU) with an acute-care facility in Tallahassee, FL.
You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while also focusing on providing excellent patient care!
This Registered Nurse / RN will focus on providing patient care in an acute-care facility on the PCU floor. They have a dynamic, culture-driven team that they are looking to build.
BENEFITS FOR PCU REGISTERED NURSE:

• Day and night shifts available: 12-hour shifts (Weekend rotation expected)
• Compensation- Up to $36+/hr (Dependent on experience)
• Shift differentials: $3/for nights, $2/for weekends
• On call is $4/hr, call back pay is 1.5x, guaranteed 2 hours of call back time (very rare)
• $15,000 Sign on Bonus
• Paid Time Off (Accrued and increases at year 1, 3 5 and 10)

• Continuing Education and Tuition Reimbursement (Up to $5250 annually)
• 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching

• Active RN license in FL (open to relocations)
• Minimum 1+ year of acute care nursing experience
• BLS/ACLS required
