Labor Finders is now hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator!

📍 Location: Remote
💰 Pay: $20.00–$30.00/hour, based on experience
🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
💼 Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
Prepare accurate estimates and material takeoffs for structural and miscellaneous steel projects.
Prepare pricing, bids, and professional proposals.
Submit bids and follow up with customers regarding pricing and projects.
Maintain accurate estimating records and documentation.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Requirements

Construction estimating experience preferred; 1 year preferred but not required.
Structural or miscellaneous steel experience is a plus.
Bluebeam experience preferred.
Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Strong math, computer, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable high-speed internet, telephone, and dedicated workspace required.

Candidates with less experience may be considered based on qualifications and willingness to learn.
