  • Five or more years of relevant experience in payroll administration, benefits administration, and HR compliance
  • Hands-on experience processing payroll and supporting audits, tax filings, reconciliations, or compliance reporting preferred.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience highly preferred.
  • HR or payroll certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, FPC, or CPP preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, HR compliance, and HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with federal and multi-state employment requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, shared documentation platforms, and payroll/HRIS systems.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage recurring deadlines, competing priorities, and time-sensitive processes.
  • A high level of discretion, accuracy, follow-through, and care when working with confidential employee information.
