Cleaning Technician - Porter Services

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pleasant environment for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively. We operate 7 days a week, and working hours are flexible to accommodate different schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
  
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
  
• Empty trash and replace garbage bags as needed.
  
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
  
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service.
  

Working Hours:

•  Flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings. We operate seven days a week to accommodate client needs.
  

Compensation:

• W2 Employee: $16 per hour.
  
• Subcontractor: $18 per hour.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
  
• Reliable, punctual and efficient with a strong work ethic.
  
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  
• Willing and able to work in homes that have pets
  
• You are required to have a working vehicle
  
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check
