Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Transports guests safely to their specific destination
• Handles guests’ baggage with care and assists with loading and unloading baggage from the vehicle 
• Communicates with team members to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Ensures vehicle meets safety and security protocol 
• Inspects vehicle daily and corrects defects or issues 
• Completes a vehicle inspection report in accordance with standards
• Services and maintains the vehicle in accordance with standards
• Records mileage and destinations 
• Ensures all traffic laws are obeyed while operating and parking the vehicle
• Maintains both interior and exterior vehicle cleanliness
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and local area 
• Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns  
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership

Requirements

Qualifications

• Possession of valid driver’s license and evidence of insurability
• Driving record that is acceptable per our current insurance carrier guidelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism
• Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner
