Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for all financial reporting, forecasting, analysis and compliance within the North America Procurement function. This position will work closely with North America Procurement and Logistics as well as Corporate and BU Finance and Accounting leaders. The position will report to the Director of Finance, Global Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial planning includes annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-term strategic planning.
- Coordination and communication with the Corporate and BU Finance organizations on all procurement activities.
- Ownership and administration of major raw material pricing systems.
- Reconciliation of procurement purchases in close coordination with IT/Accounting/Finance.
- Management, design, and financial modeling, for raw material analysis and evaluation.
- Contract review in coordination and compliance with audit requirements.
- Financial advisor to entire North America Procurement team.
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the areas of Manufacturing/Operations Finance or Accounting with an in-depth understanding of the relationship between procurement spending and financial statements including purchase to payables, Working Capital and Cash Flow.
- Proven track record of handling large quantities of data.
- Advanced user of Excel; experience with PowerBi a plus!
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferable.
