Azuria Water Solutions is looking for an experienced The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our team based in Tampa, FL.

Requirements:

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role is a critical finance role, reporting directly to the Director, FP&A. The successful candidate will partner closely with leadership across all disciplines, including finance, sales, operations, and controllership to support the budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis processes.

  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses, comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts.
  • Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
  • Partner with Director, FP&A on internal forecasting reviews and cadences across the organization
  • Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the organization’s forecasting and planning processes
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial packages for Senior Management with key metrics and commentary to communicate the organization’s financial position and guide strategic decision-making
  • Develop trends or other ad hoc analyses to test forecast assumptions and understand risks and opportunities to the forecast.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

For the successful performance of this position, an individual must be able to achieve and/or perform the essential duties of the position. Listed below are representative requirements for job knowledge, skills and/or ability.

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance required.

  • 5+ years of progressively increasing responsibilities in FP&A/Accounting/Finance
  • Operational experience with JD Edwards, Hyperion, and Data Access Studio preferred.
  • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (including ability to mine large sets of data) and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail with the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
