What we are looking for

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide overall office administrative support to our Tampa office. The Administrative assistant will be focused on office administration and clerical duties with some project and accounting support. The Administrative Assistant will handle differing situations, problems, and deviations in the work according to the supervisor’s general instructions, priorities, policies, and project goals.

How you can make an impact

Help to set up new computers and maintain computer inventory
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and vehicles
Inventory and purchase of office and breakroom supplies
Make travel and meeting arrangements
Ingoing/outgoing mail/package duties
Incoming calls/Visitors
Assist with overall management of the facility
Scheduling training and in-house meetings
Review and data entry of vehicle/equipment units log
Place order for luncheons, help setup and tear down
kitchen maintenance
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years of relevant office experience
High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred
Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task, capable of making logical decisions handling multiple interruptions throughout the day, and be flexible
Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, team and client centered focus
Must be highly organized, detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced/deadline-oriented environment
Valid driver’s license with a driving record in good standing required

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.
