The USF Department of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery is seeking two collaborative, motivated Advanced Practice Providers (APRN or PA) to join our growing academic team in clinic-based roles at the USF South Tampa Center and Morsani Center. Each APP will work with a different group of subspecialty faculty, building an independent clinic template while supporting faculty practices day to day.
This is an opportunity to work alongside dynamic, subspecialty-trained faculty and our Otolaryngology residents within one of Florida's leading academic ENT programs—a department recognized among U.S. News & World Report's top 50 ENT service lines for five consecutive years and ranked among the top 20 nationally for research funding by the Blue Ridge Institute.
New graduates and experienced APPs are both encouraged to apply; structured onboarding, faculty mentorship, and graduated clinical autonomy are central to how we develop our team.
