Under the direction of the Vice President (VP) Supply Logistics or designated Supply Chain leadership, the Ambulatory Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing supply chain operations across multiple Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) within the Tampa General Healthcare System. Ensures all ambulatory surgical sites maintain appropriate inventory levels, adhere to product contracts, and receive supplies in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner. Sets and adjusts par levels, resolves pricing discrepancies, oversees supply ordering and replenishment, and partners closely with clinical and administrative teams to support high-quality patient care. Plays a vital role in ensuring supply readiness, contract compliance, and operational efficiency across decentralized ambulatory settings. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.
