You'll help shape impactful spaces while leading design efforts on projects across diverse market sectors. You'll apply advanced technical expertise to develop creative, high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations, collaborating closely with project teams from concept through construction. Working alongside Project Managers and Principals, you'll guide project delivery, mentor team members, and help drive design excellence on projects of moderate size and complexity. 

Based in our Tampa office, you'll join a collaborative, design-forward team that partners with clients to create spaces that strengthen communities across Florida. This role is primarily focused on healthcare projects, offering the opportunity to tackle complex, meaningful work that improves the patient, provider, and visitor experience. While healthcare design experience isn't required, a genuine interest in this sector and a desire to grow your expertise are essential.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead architectural design and technical coordination for healthcare projects from planning through construction administration, ensuring quality, code compliance, and successful project delivery.
  • Partner with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative design solutions and produce coordinated construction documents and specifications.
  • Drive project success by managing priorities, mentoring team members, and supporting permitting, bidding, and construction activities.

What You Bring:

  • Professional degree in Architecture, 6+ years of relevant experience, and Registered Architect (RA) licensure.
  • Strong technical expertise in Revit, construction documentation, building codes, project delivery, and sustainable design principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with an interest in healthcare design and a passion for creating spaces that improve lives; LEED and/or WELL accreditation is a plus.

The rate for this position generally ranges between $81,000 to $102,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employees already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
