Key Responsibilities

Protect assigned personnel and property from harassment, vandalism, and other unauthorized or harmful actions.
Maintain your weapon in proper working order and ensure it is secured at all times.
Use your weapon only in extreme situations, after all non-violent options have been exhausted.
Participate in refresher training for weapon use as required.
Complete and submit detailed incident reports for all significant events.
Ensure all security equipment and measures are functional and in excellent condition.
Implement new security procedures when necessary.
Maintain a clean, professional uniform and wear it at all times while on duty.

Valid Florida Class D Security License (required)
Valid Florida Class G Security License (required)
Valid Florida Driver’s License with reliable transportation
Flexible availability, including overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reporting systems
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
Smartphone required for reporting and communication
Must provide own equipment
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
