Food Service Management Company is seeking Chef/ Managers in multiple areas of the state of Florida to include, Boynton Beach, Naples, Bonita Springs, Tampa, and Miami. The position is for school food service. Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours daily. No weekends or holidays.Â
K - 12 School food service experience preferred, not required. Must be familiar with high volume purchasing, and catering.
Duties to include:
- Creating menu ideas while adhering to NSLP guidelines
- Over seeing the kitchen operations on a daily basis.
- Catering events
- Staffing needs
- Enforcing safety and food handling protocol
- Inventory, etc.
