About the Role:

As a Cocktail Server in the accommodation and food services industry, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by efficiently serving beverages and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be to take orders, serve cocktails and other drinks promptly, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. You will interact with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions about the menu, and handle transactions accurately. This role requires attentiveness to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating a memorable and enjoyable atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Legal age to serve alcohol as per local regulations.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience specifically as a cocktail server or bartender.
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).
