JOB TITLE: Compliance Analyst – Full-Time

LOCATION: Tampa, FL

HOURS: 1st Shift

TRAVEL: Minimal (1-10%)

What you’ll do:

As our next Compliance Analyst,you’ll be at the heart of our mission—delivering essential services that help improve public safety, enhance environmental quality, and keep things running smoothly. You’ll join a team that values hard work, safety, and showing up for one another. 

 

Your daily impact:

The job responsibilities below outline the core duties and expectations of a position, providing clarity on how the role supports Company goals.   • Compliance: Supporting regulatory, contractual, and operational compliance across the organization.
  • Document Management: Maintaining tracking systems for key documentation, including internal policies and corporate details
  • Corporate Compliance: Ensuring corporate entities remain in good standing across the U.S. and licenses are current
  • Policy Development: Assisting in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
  • Bids & Proposals: Collaborating with sales and bid teams to ensure complete and timely submissions
  • Third-Party Compliance: Managing external compliance portals and requirements
  • Data Management: Keeping databases and shared sites current, ensuring accuracy and timely information sharing
  • Office Operations: Managing daily office activities including supply ordering, document management, scanning, and mail distribution

 

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Education: High School or GED, College Degree Preferred
  • Experience: 3 years compliance / office management experience
  • Certification: Current Notary certification
