Under the direction of the Director of Construction, the Construction Project Manager will plan and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role is responsible for budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, contract negotiations, and ensuring delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget.Â
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.Â
- Proven experience managing commercial projects valued from $1M–$50M+.Â
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.Â
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam).Â
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Â
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.Â
- OSHA 30 certification required.Â
- PMP or CCM certification is a plus.Â
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Â
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Â
- Financial and contractual acumen.Â

Duties and Responsibilities Â
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans.Â
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.Â
- Oversee contract administration, including RFPs, bid analysis, and change orders.Â
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.Â
- Ensure compliance with local codes, building regulations, and safety standards.Â
- Review construction documents and shop drawings for accuracy and feasibility.Â
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and schedule adherence.Â
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.Â
- Maintain detailed documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, and close-out packages.Â
