Coordinator - POS (Marketing)

Position: POS Coordinator
Schedule: M - F 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Range: $18-$21/hr                                                             

 Is responsible for receiving, tracking, maintaining, organizing and distributing Point of Sale merchandise to sales teams. Maintain accurate maintenance of POS inventories and provide all item inventories/quantities to sales reps and managers on a monthly basis. 

 ·      Handles inventory and storage of Point of Sale merchandise.

·       Organizes Point of Sale merchandise, which includes designing a system to efficiently log in and log out all POS materials.

·        Assists with ordering POS and merchandise for suppliers.

·       Distributes Point of Sale merchandise to the appropriate sales team member.

·        Assists in training of sales team for new POS promotions.

·        Attends sales meetings and sets up displays and POS for new promotions in the sales meeting room

·       Assists with the tap handle room operations when necessary

·       Transferring POS to other sales centers.

·       Assist in moving POS to and from employees/suppliers storage units, some driving of company vehicles required  

·       Regularly required to move easily around premises, bend, and reach in order to handle POS merchandise. 

·       Able to occasionally lift and push/pull up to 50 lbs.  Able to carry up to 30 lbs.

·       Able to operate a forklift and an electric pallet jack and maneuver in tight areas.
