USF Athletics is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Coordinator, Social & Digital Strategy to support the execution of digital content and social media strategies across the department’s athletics platforms. This role is responsible for producing engaging content, assisting in campaign planning, driving fan engagement, and supporting performance tracking to strengthen the USF Athletics digital presence.

Working under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Social & Digital Strategy, this position plays a key operational role in delivering consistent, high-quality digital storytelling aligned with departmental goals and brand standards.

This position requires a high level of flexibility and commitment, including regular evening and weekend work to support athletic events and related activities. As an in-office role, it operates within a fast-paced collegiate athletics environment that experiences cyclical and seasonal demands. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission, values, and brand of USF Athletics while contributing positively to the department's goals and enhancing the student-athlete experience.
