What's your day like?

As a Full Time Credentialing Specialist at RadX Inc., your day-to-day expectations will revolve around ensuring the smooth functioning of our billing and credentialing processes. You'll begin each day by reviewing patient records and verifying insurance information to maintain accuracy. Collaborating with medical staff, you will gather necessary documentation for credentialing purposes, ensuring compliance with health care regulations. You'll assist in processing billing inquiries and follow up on outstanding claims, while maintaining meticulous records in our database. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating reports that track billing performance and credentialing status.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree or better preferred
  • Medical setting experience and credentialing is required
  • Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or similar role within a medical office setting
  • Strong knowledge of credentialing, medical terminology, and coding practice
  • Familiarity with managed care processes and standards
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and clients
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
