About the Role:

As an Analyst Data Enablement, you will be the point of contact for all aspects of data engineering within the MDM data domain. This role involves taking end-to-end engineering accountability, understanding the technology and business needs, and articulating them effectively into technical design MDM space and implementing data pipelines to meet the business requirements. Your role is instrumental in delivering on time, on budget, and with utmost quality data engineering pipelines within the architecture and governance framework.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Ensure Data Quality and Compliance by applying expertise in MDM and data governance principles, including data governance frameworks and practices, to ensure the relevancy, quality, security, and compliance of master data.
  • Develop MDM Platform Requirements while articulating requirements for MDM frameworks and tools in platforms like Profisee, Informatica, Reltio, and advocate their adoption across teams.
  • Design and Model master data entities in collaboration with data modelers, data governance leads, and business stakeholders.
  • Build, test, deploy, and evolve the capabilities for data curation and publishing into the data platform using standards and best practices to deliver high quality, standardized and harmonized consumable data domains for consumption by Advanced Analytics and Operational use cases.
  • Closely partner and collaborate with other team members from architecture, Data Engineering, Data Governance, Product Managers, Delivery, Data Management Services to curate ingested source data across multiple sources from cleansing and validating to standardizing, harmonizing and transforming for a single view to the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with Data Governance and business intelligence, driving engineering and technical implementation of the master data solution & services, ensuring accountability across the organization
  • Lead MDM initiatives to establish a single source of truth, ensuring consistency and accessibility across business domains.
  • Apply MDM Solutions to business problems by addressing business challenges by applying MDM and data governance concepts, leading workshops and gathering information to evaluate readiness for data governance strategies.
  • Improve the current level of automation and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) of our MDM platform as well as do code reviews for your peers.
  • Provide direction to vendor staff within engineering domain for MDM tracking their quality of work and output.

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Management, or Information Technology.
  • 5+ years of experience as an MDM Engineer with end to end design and development and hands on experience with MDM Tools (Profisee, SAP MDG, informatica, Reltio etc.) and Snowflake, Azure SQL database.
  • Knowledge of standard data models within master data domains – Product, Customer, Finance, Reference Data, etc.
  • Advanced SQL programming and building ETL/ELT processes using cloud platforms like Azure Data Factory or Matillion.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Management, or Information Technology.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Commutable distance to Tampa, Florida.

 

Annual Base Salary Range: $88,000-$110,000
