Job Summary:
Operate Sewer cleaning equipment as part of the service contract duties and responsibilities to company customers. Operate equipment in accordance with safety and operating guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform duties in conjunction with a work crew to clean and clear sewers, catch basins and remove wastewater.
- Drive and operate company trucks and equipment.
- Service various customer needs using company equipment.
- Operate JetVac & related equipment.
- Complete paperwork related to the work and company / customer requirements.
- Interact with customers to ensure the work is completed to their satisfaction.
- Communicate with office regarding obstacles, needs and customer interactions.
- Document any changes to the scope of work or project changes.
- Accept additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- Troubleshoot equipment, repair, or facilitate repair as necessary
Job Requirements:
- CDL Class A or B
- Tanker and Air Brake Endorsement
- Clean Driving Record
- DOT Medical Card Ability to read a map Ability to lift 70 lbs.
- Ability to pull hose up to 500 feet
- Ability to understand DOT requirements and regulations
- Availability for a significant amount of overtime during peak periods
- Honesty/ Integrity required
- Attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to communicate both written and verbal
- Requires work performed in outdoor environments/exposure to variable and adverse weather conditions
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration
- Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, heights, and confined spaces
- Exposure to noxious odors/fumes and moderate to high noise levels
- Exposure to bodily fluids / human waste, etc.
- Possibility of working out of town for extended periods of time
- Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required. Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending as required.
