Job Description: Drywall Hanger
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drywall Hanger to join our team. As a Drywall Hanger, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall for various construction projects. You will collaborate with other professionals and contractors to ensure that the projects are completed to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut drywall to fit specific dimensions
- Hang drywall on walls and ceilings using appropriate tools and techniques
- Install necessary supports, such as metal studs or wood framing, for the drywall
- Apply tape and mud to seams to create a smooth surface
- Sand and finish drywall to ensure a flawless and seamless finish
- Repair or replace damaged drywall as needed
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
Requirements

- Proven experience as a Drywall Hanger or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of drywall installation and finishing techniques
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
