Qualifications What You'll Do As an Express Lube Technician, you'll perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections while learning from experienced technicians in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities include: Perform oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, battery testing, and other routine maintenance Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance needs Follow manufacturer and dealership repair procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate repair recommendations to Service Advisors Adhere to all warranty, safety, environmental, and company policies Qualifications Must be at least 19 years of age Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) Entry-level automotive experience is welcome, but not required Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow Team-oriented with excellent customer service skills Ability to follow procedures, directions, and safety guidelines Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday What We Offer Paid on-site training Career advancement opportunities Competitive pay Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Employee discounts And much more!
