Job Responsibilities:  Overseeing daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and service quality.  Ensuring compliance with company standards across all operational areas, including: Product preparation and delivery  Customer relations  Restaurant maintenance and repairs  Inventory management  Lead your team with effective guidance, manage recruitment for store-level positions as needed, and focus on employee retention.  Managing financial accountability to support the restaurant’s performance goals.  Delivering the highest quality products and exceptional service to each customer.
