HOUSEKEEPER JOB SUMMARY:
The housekeeper will assist in maintaining and caring for a mixture of 1, 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom apartments. Applicant should strive to make our clients happy, conduct daily cleaning of the community’s public facilities, common areas, hallways, and grounds. The housekeeper is also responsible for the cleaning of individual units and assisting with furniture placement in common areas and individual units. HOUSEKEEPER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clubhouse cleaning daily, including outside bathrooms and pool area
- Care and upkeep of the clubhouse amenities.
- Wash fold and stock gym towels as needed
- Cleaning the model daily
- Assisting with turnover cleans as needed
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
HOUSEKEEPER REQUIREMENTS
- Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
- Requires lifting and moving up to 75 pounds when lifting garbage bags and assisting maintenance personnel with essential maintenance tasks.
- Requires frequent bending and/or stooping when removing debris and trash from property units.
