Lead Commercial Kitchen & HVAC Technician

Commercial Appliance Parts & Service (CAPS) | Tampa Bay, FL
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Technician to join our Tampa Bay team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong experience in both commercial HVAC and commercial kitchen equipment.
Must Have
• Valid Florida Contractor License – REQUIRED
• EPA Type II Certification or higher – REQUIRED
• Commercial HVAC experience
• Commercial kitchen equipment experience
• Previous lead or supervisory experience
• Successful completion of drug screen and criminal background screening
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Driving record must align with our safety standards

What You’ll Do
• Lead, mentor, and support service technicians
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment
• Assist technicians with complex service calls and diagnostics
• Help oversee daily service operations and technician performance
• Communicate with customers and ensure quality service
• Participate in the on-call rotation
