We’re currently adding a Maintenance Technician to the team at Deerpath on the Lake Apartments in Tampa. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and wants to be part of a company where their contributions are recognized and supported.

In this role, you will:

  • Turn vacant units efficiently to prepare them for new residents
  • Handle day-to-day service requests, including general repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Be part of an on-call rotation to address urgent maintenance needs
  • Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor on ongoing property projects
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the community grounds

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Prior experience in residential maintenance, including completing work orders and unit turns
  • A solid foundation in general maintenance trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
  • EPA Type II or Universal certification (required)
  • A dependable, self-motivated approach with strong organizational habits
  • A team-oriented attitude
