Event Analytics & Performance Measurement

  • Conduct pre-event forecasting and post-event analysis for major marketing events, concerts, shows, parties, tournaments, and experiences.
  • Measure event effectiveness through attendance, profitability, trip generation, theoretical win, actual win, reinvestment efficiency, and return on investment.

  • Establish guidelines for inventory prioritization, oversell assumptions, attrition management, capacity controls, and waitlist execution.
  • Evaluate event demand trends and make real-time recommendations regarding capacity utilization and invitation adjustments.
  • Partner with operational teams to understand fixed-capacity constraints and translate those constraints into stronger yield decisions.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Special Events, Entertainment, Marketing, Player Development, Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, and Finance to align event strategies with business goals.
  • Support Player Development teams with qualification recommendations, attendance forecasting, host follow-up priorities, and invitation strategy.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics and Database Marketing teams to develop predictive models, guest segments, and optimization frameworks.
  • Work closely with Finance to evaluate event profitability, investment effectiveness, and business case assumptions.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to event and marketing teams by translating data into practical decisions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and implement best practices in casino event yield management and event investment optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, forecasting, criteria management, and event optimization processes.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging practices related to event strategy, revenue management, loyalty optimization, and guest experience management.
