We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to support the company's growing marketing efforts while also providing administrative support to company leadership and the broader office.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in developing broad experience in marketing, communications, and business operations. The position will assist with website content, social media, marketing materials, trade shows and events, company communications, and other marketing initiatives.
Because our marketing function is continuing to develop, this position will also support several executive and office administrative responsibilities, including travel coordination, telephone coverage, scheduling, and general office support.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and interested in growing into increased marketing responsibility over time.
Employment Status:Â Full-time, permanent, on-site
Schedule:Â M-F, 8am-5pm
Salary:Â Starting at $24.04/hour ($50,000/year), commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications
• Assist with maintaining and updating company website content.
• Help create and coordinate content for company social media channels.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, sales collateral, and other branded materials.
• Support company email marketing and customer communication initiatives.
• Assist with trade show and industry event planning, registration, logistics, shipping, and marketing materials.
• Help coordinate company announcements, press releases, and other external communications.
• Maintain marketing files, photographs, logos, templates, promotional materials, and other company assets.
• Work with internal departments and outside marketing partners to gather information and coordinate marketing projects.
• Assist in tracking basic marketing activity and results.
• Help ensure consistency of the company's brand and messaging across marketing materials.
• Research marketing ideas, industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Perform other marketing and communications projects as assigned.
Executive & Office Support
• Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental vehicles, and itineraries.
• Provide professional telephone coverage and assist in directing incoming calls.
• Assist company leadership with scheduling, meetings, correspondence, presentations, and other administrative needs.
• Coordinate occasional company meetings, lunches, events, and visitor arrangements.
• Assist with general office organization and administrative projects.
• Provide support for special projects and other business needs as they arise.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not required; relevant education, internship, or work experience will beÂ
  considered.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, administrative support, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional and comfortable interacting with customers, vendors, coworkers, and company leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools is helpful but not required.
• Experience with website content management systems, email marketing platforms, or CRM systems is a plus but not required.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technology and marketing tools.
• Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in a small-company environment where responsibilities may extend beyond a narrowly defined job description.
