What You’ll Do (AKA Your Superpowers)
- Step in as a teller and handle transactions with speed, accuracy, and confidenceÂ
- Keep your drawer balanced daily—because details matterÂ
- Open new accounts and help members get started with the right financial toolsÂ
- Recommend products and services that genuinely fit members’ needsÂ
- Meet (and exceed) monthly goals for loans, new accounts, and referralsÂ
- Spot and prevent fraudulent activity—protecting both our members and the credit unionÂ
- Assist members with safe deposit boxes, including opening and closing accessÂ
- Review and explain credit reports in a way that actually makes sense to membersÂ
- Guide members through the loan process—from application to closingÂ
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalentÂ
- 2+ years of experience in a financial institutionÂ
- At least 1 year of sales experience (in person and/or over the phone)Â
- 1+ year of cash handling experienceÂ
- Confidence, adaptability, and the ability to walk into any branch and hit the ground runningÂ
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping peopleÂ
