A well-established community-based outpatient clinic is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their team alongside one primary care physician and support staff.
The role involves providing a wide range of outpatient adult and geriatric medical care, including primary care, wellness visits, preventive care, physical examinations, and chronic disease management.
The office operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with no requirements for nights or weekends.

Well-established community based outpatient clinic seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to work alongside 1 primary care physician & an experienced support staff. Clinical duties include a wide scope of outpatient adult/geriatric medical care. Services include primary care, wellness visits, preventive care, physical examinations & chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, heart disease).
