Responsibilities:
Lead the production and integration of operational intelligence assessments supporting Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), Information Operations (IO), and related influence activities across the operational environment.
Direct analysis of adversary information capabilities, target audiences, key influencers, stakeholder networks, and operational conditions to identify opportunities, risks, and vulnerabilities.
Oversee the development of intelligence products including Operational Environment Assessments, Target Audience Analyses (TAA), Network Analyses, Information Environment Assessments, and Campaign Assessments.
Synchronize intelligence support across planning, targeting, assessment, collection management, cyberspace operations, PSYOP, OPSEC, EW, MILDEC, and other information-related capabilities.
Lead the integration of all-source intelligence, OSINT, socio-cultural analysis, behavioral insights, and regional expertise into operational planning and decision-making.
Advise commanders, planners, and senior leaders on information environment dynamics, adversary influence activities, operational risks, and recommended courses of action.
Coordinate with Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community organizations, Joint Force elements, interagency partners, and mission partners to ensure intelligence efforts are aligned and mutually supporting.
Lead analytical teams, establish intelligence priorities, oversee product quality, and ensure intelligence support effectively informs campaign design, operational planning, and assessment activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience supporting intelligence operations, Information Operations (IO), Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), military planning, or national security missions.
Demonstrated experience leading intelligence analysis efforts and producing operational assessments, target audience analyses, network analyses, and decision-support products for senior leaders.
Experience integrating all-source intelligence, socio-cultural analysis, behavioral insights, and operational assessments into campaign planning and execution.
Proven ability to lead analytical teams, manage intelligence requirements, and synchronize intelligence support across multiple organizations and mission areas.
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security Studies, International Relations, Strategic Studies, Information Operations, or a related field.
Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, Special Operations Forces (SOF), or strategic competition initiatives.
Demonstrated experience integrating intelligence support with influence activities, targeting, assessment, cyberspace operations, Information Operations (IO), and Operations in the Information Environment (OIE).

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
