Position: Certified Pharmacy Technician
Location: Tampa (In-Office)
Bringing concierge-level care to patients with rare disease across Florida.

This role is onsite Mon-Fri, but may require work after hours and on the weekends as needed.

We’re a busy, compassionate home infusion pharmacy seeking an experienced Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team.

Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Order, stock, and fill home infusion medications and supplies
- Serve as liaison between Physicians, Nursing, and Pharmacy Supervisor
- Maintain records related to drug inventory and usage
- Perform routine stocking: IV carts, trays, flushes, Nucleus system meds
- Review next-day orders with nursing staff for drug availability
- Participate in OSHA/safety meetings, staff training, and onboarding of new employees
- Assist in training new employees as needed
- Ensure all medications ordered are received; report discrepancies to pharmacist
- Perform other duties as assigned to support patient care and practice operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical pharmacy setting
- Certified Pharmacy Technician credentials required
- Associates and Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Chemo mixing experience highly desirable
- Meticulous attention to detail and documentation
- Excellent communication skills across various roles
- Bilingual abilities a plus
