Pool Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient

The Clinical Pharmacist ensures safe, effective, and timely medication therapy to optimize patient
outcomes. This role collaborates with healthcare teams to improve pharmacotherapy and support
overall community health. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the medication-use system
and delivering individualized pharmaceutical care within assigned areas. The position upholds Tampa
General Hospital’s mission, vision, and values in every aspect of practice.

• Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy
• Pharmacist License/Registration - Issued by Florida or Compact State
• Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of one year of prior hospital pharmacy experience required.
