Program Manager

This position supports the Sr. AVP of Research and provides programmatic leadership and operational support for strategic initiatives, institutional programs, and special projects within the USF Health Office of Research. Serves as a key advisor and project leader responsible for coordinating complex initiatives that support the research mission and strategic priorities established by college leadership. Facilitates cross-functional collaboration, policy implementation, program development, and performance assessment to ensure successful execution of institutional objectives while maintaining compliance with university policies and applicable regulations.
