What You’ll Do Estimate and Bid Projects: Review project requests and prepare accurate bids. Budget Management: Develop clear budgets for materials, labor, and other project costs. Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination: Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality work. Project Oversight: Use project management tools to track progress and keep details organized. Team Collaboration: Partner with teammates to ensure smooth project execution. QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of project costs, materials, and labor in the painting/coatings industry. Plan & Document Expertise: Confidence in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and other project documents. Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
