We are excited to announce openings as a Quarterly Maintenance Technician in our Service Division .

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled maintenance on heating and air conditioning equipment to include chiller, boiler, cooling tower, package unit and split system
Tasks include filter changes, coil cleaning, condensate treatment, ect
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs in the performance of duties.

Valid Driver's License

Must have flexible availability
Enjoy working outdoors
Team player and good attitude
