Job Summary: This managerial position delivers RAISE services utilizing a broad range of interventions, community services and natural supports systems. This dynamic position will work collaboratively with families and the community to ensure children birth through 3rd grade and their families receive services tailored to meet their needs and promote positive educational outcomes. This position involves a broad range of skills that include training and staff development activities, assessment services, consultation, and requires quality documentation of services provided. Participates in program initiatives, innovations and the organization’s performance and quality improvement activities.

Essential Functions:Â
- Provides oversight and supervision to the Parent Coach staff members (7).
- Collaborates and coordinates activities with the Program Director to monitor contractual agreements and coordinate staff training needs.
- Selects, supervises and trains department staff; Responsible for completing employee evaluations for those directly supervised; ensuring that an effective employee development, discipline and recognition programs are implemented within the framework of Children Home Network’s policies and procedures.Â
- Collects and reports on data as needed on monthly and quarterly basis and submits data to funding sources as required.
- Develops and monitors cooperative agreements with community agencies. Coordinates existing and added services and serves as a representative for various community committees.
- Monitors outcomes measures of program contract and grants. Ensures outcomes are achieved.Â
- Provides leadership and participates in the organization’s Performance and Quality Improvement efforts.
- Ensures that staff fully use the MIS system and responsible for integrity of data.
- Maintains fidelity to the RAISE program model.
- Works within the philosophy and function of Children’s Home Network
- Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Â
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college is required, with at least two years of supervisory experience. Bachelor’s Degree must be in a field related to education, psychology, social work, counseling, or educational theory.
- This individual must have an understanding of issues related to parenting and child development.
 Licenses & Certifications:
- Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license with no record of criminal driving offense or license suspension.Â
- Must possess means of providing job related transportation and show proof of required insurance. Must be insurable under CHN’s current auto insurance policy.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Â
- Must successfully complete and maintain FDLE clearance, Federal background and state criminal background checks, and sexual predator screening.
