Job SummaryÂ
Coordinate the tasks and activities required to effectively support branch leadership with the daily branch operations. Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Coordinate responses for Branch leadership on inquiries from corporate departments such as Safety & Risk, Fleet Operations, Accounts Payable, Sales, and Executive team. Respond to corporate requests in a timely manner. 
- Coordinate activities to support the Branch leadership with the daily operations of the branch. 
- Coordinate and assist the Branch leadership to submit paperwork to HR for a new job opening, an employee’s separation paperwork, to document employee disciplinary action and provide additional support as needed. 
- Coordinate the supporting activities required for a branch manager to complete administrative tasks and provide recommendations to improve administrative processes. 
- Organize receipts and submit expense reports for branch leadership.  
- Coordinate travel arrangements for branch leadership, operators, apprentices, and truck drivers. 
- Review and provide feedback for Time and Attendance for employees in assigned region. 
- Review and provide feedback for the invoices for parts and customers.

QualificationsÂ
Skills:Â
- Organizational skills.
- Customer services skills. 
- Verbal and written communication skills. 
- Technology knowledge to complete tasks in Microsoft Office, IFS and other related systems.  
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education & Experience:Â
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related field, from an accredited college or university OR AA/AS degree with 1 year of experience in Crane Industry or related field OR 3 years of experience in Crane Industry or a related field.  
- 1-3 years of experience in Crane Industry or related field  
- Valid Florida Driver’s License. 
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. 
- Must be able to read, speak, and understand English.
